Tifway (419): A hybrid Bermuda. Tifway has excellent weed and disease resistances. Tifway has a dark green color. Tifway is used for home lawns, fairways, tees, and athletic fields.
TifSport: The new and improved Bermudagrass. TifSport is a hybrid with superior cold hardiness. TifSport has slightly finer texture than Tifway 419. TifSports provides a high-density grass that can be mowed as low as ½ inch or at a height of 1-½ inches. TifSport has also shown a mole cricket non-preference in side-by-side comparisons to Tifway.
TifGrand: Available Summer 2010. TifGrand™ Bermuda, a product of world renowned UGA turfgrass breeder Dr. Wayne Hanna, is the first sterile triploid shade tolerant Bermuda. It has superior insect resistance and fewer seedheads than other varieties. TifGrand™ is darker green than Tifway or TifSport, and will only be sold as certified Bermuda. Initial interest has been very high for this new release and we expect brisk sales when TifGrand becomes available.

Zorro Zorro® is the #1 rated zoysia grass in the NTEP trials. It is a very fine bladed zoysia with a deep, green color that is suitable for golf courses, commercial and residential lawns.
Zorro’s density, texture, and adaptability to different mowing heights offer an excellent playing surface for tees, fairways, fringes and roughs. Zorro can be mowed with a reel mower at 1/4” or with a rotary at 2”. Zorro has superior shade tolerance to most other warm season grasses allowing it to grow in areas other grasses simply can’t. Zorro has excellent fall color retention and is an ideal choice from the tropics to the transition zone.

JaMur -(AVAILABLE NOW) Blue tag certified hybrid. JaMur is a medium to coarse textured zoysia with an attractive blue-green color and characterized as extremely compact turf with a superior rate of spread and exceptional regrowth. It has excellent recovery characteristics and is the most drought tolerant zoysiagrass. JaMur has shown to produce less thatch than all other zoysia varieties.

Zeon Zeon is a new variety that is fast becoming one of the most popular zoysias on the market. Zeon is similar to Emerald in appearance with a fine bladed look. It is also very shade tolerant and unlike Emerald, Zeon does not have a prickley feel. Zeon is also unique that it does not get the thatch buildup like Emerald.
Meyer
Meyer zoysia, also called "Z-52," is an improved selection of Z. japonica. It has medium leaf texture, good cold tolerance and spreads more rapidly than most other zoysias. This is the zoysia often advertised as the "super" grass in newspapers and magazines. Meyer is our #1 recommended variety of Zoysia.
